Wednesday, October 24th from 5-7pm I attended the Rising Tide tasting at Bangor Wine and Cheese.Heather, Co-owner of Rising Tide was pouring samples from their lineup of beers. Ishmael, Daymark, Zephyr, Atlantis and Ursa Minor were being poured. This was an excellent opportunity for craft beer fans to sample brews from a local Maine brewery.
Starting at 7pm at Nocturnem Draft Haus, Heather from Rising Tide was on hand for a mini tap takeover. They had their entire lineup on tap except for Zephyr which was available in bottles and two small batch brews that are not availble in bottles.Entrepôt a Farmhouse Saison and Tempest a brown porter with cold steeped coffee added during conditioning.
If you didn’t get a chance to attend these events, I would head to Nocturnem before Friday if you want a chance to try Rising Tide on tap before the lines run dry, and Bangor Wine and Cheese has the regular line up available in bottles.
Cheers!
Chaddah
