Name: Naomi Neville

Year of Employment at Allagash: 2009

Job Title: Sales Director

Favorite Allagash Beer?

It depends on the day. Black or Tripel.

Favorite Allagash Beer/Food pairing?

Pork buns at Pai Men Miyake with Triple. Otherwise Lobster Rolls with Black.

Have you always had this job or other jobs in the company?

I was the Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire Sales rep (the first and only sales rep at that time!)

What is your favorite part of working for Allagash Brewing Company?

The people.

What is your favorite memory from working at Allagash?

We used to do Ham day as a big pre-Thanksgiving meal. We would put out tables in production and sit down as a group and have a family style lunch time ham day dinner. Ham day still exists today as a brewery tradition!

What is a crazy or funny Allagash story?

Doing the tough mudder with my coworkers!

How has Allagash changed you as a person?

I have gained in confidence. I have learned a lot about an industry that I only knew from the bar/restaurant side of things. I’ve gotten to travel and see a lot more states.

What is it like working for Rob Tod?

There’s never a dull moment. It’s always an adventure. He has a very quick wit and unusual sense of humor, and he’s a lot of fun to work with. He really cares a lot about everyone here.
